职位描述: 受我们的客户,一家美资公司的委托,现招聘如下职位: Title: Call Center Manager – China Reports To: Director, Customer Service Director Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities: Recruit right talents to set up the call center organization and develop the team with needed skills. Establish operating principles, processes and metrics. Set up and manage customer service request and dispatch processes to manage on-line support, dispatch technical people on site, coordinate support parts delivery to the right place on right time thus ensure competitive service level. Build an effective IT infrastructure to allow integrated multi media customer contact points via toll free phone numbers, eMail, faxes, SMS, voicemails and etc. Qualifications: BS or above education. Preference to major in science or engineering will be an advantage. Strong communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin). Good teamwork in a complex organization. Project management and systematic problem solving.
